Hefei Mingfa Shopping Mall - Regular Customers' Experience at Nanjing Mingfa Commercial Plaza [ 2010-06-27 ]

June 26th, 2010, the Hefei Mingfa Corporation gratefully invited its initial owners (for supporting this company’s Hefei Mingfa Shopping Mall) to attend the “Tour to Nanjing Mingfa Plaza” experience activity. They visited the Mingfa Binjiang New Town (160220 m3) and Nanjing Mingfa Commercial Plaza (420000 m3) which Mingfa Group developed in Nanjing.

Roof Sealing of Building 5 of Yangzhou Mingfa Commercial Plaza [ 2010-05-31 ]

Building 5 of Yangzhou Mingfa Commercial Plaza succeeded in roof sealing on May 31, 2010. Building 5 is a commercial building among the architectural complexes developed by the Plaza, with the building area of approx 20,000 m2, including one underground floor and three floors above the ground. The construction of this building was started in Nov. 2009 and roof sealing of the main building was completed on May 31, 2010.

Mingfa Commercial Plaza held a grand opening ceremony on May 29, 2010. This time the golden shops in Building 4, where two flagship stores are stationed, and Shangzhu Residential Building 7 were opened concurrently with a total building area of 27,000 m2. All houses were sold out that day.

Mingfa Published the First Annual Achivement after Listing [ 2010-04-22 ]

During the year under review, despite the global recession, the Group still recorded significant revenues and profits. The average cost of sales declined per annum by 25.3% to RMB 3,002.8 per square meter. The profit attributable to equity holders rose per annum by 120.2% to RMB 987.5 million, 14.5% higher than the profit forecast of RMB 861.5 million stated in the prospectus issued in November 2009 by the Group. Basic earnings per share were RMB 18.9 cents, up 114.8% as compared with that of 2008. Board of Directors recommended paying final dividend per share of HK 5 cents as of December 31, 2009.

Numerous Main Shops Sign Contracts and Enter Yangzhou Mingfa Shopping Mall [ 2010-03-29 ]

In March 28, Yangzhou Mingfa Shopping Mall successfully held New Conference on Contract Signing and Property Owners Carnival. In addition to the signing ceremony between Mingfa Shopping Mall with main businesses such as Agricultural Bank of China, Jinyi International Cinemas, this contract signing conference also launched 60 sets of central storefronts at main square of Mingfa Shopping Mall for customers’ subscription.

Sales Volume of Nanjing Mingfa City Plaza Exceeds 93% at the Opening Day [ 2010-03-28 ]

In March 27, 2010, Mingfa City Plaza located at Puzhu Road in Nanjing was opened for sales for the first time! There are 520 units in total this time to be opened for sale, as of at 6 p.m. in the afternoon, 467 units were sold out, with the sales volume exceeding 93%,creating the highest sales volume in a single day in Jiangbei real estate market in recent period!
