● In July 2002 Mingfa further expanded the market, won the development right of a land more than 1600 acres by bidding in Nanjing and launched the Nanjing Mingfa Binjiang New Town with total building area of 2 million square meters;

● In July 2002 launched Mingfa Grand Apartment with total building area of over 50 thousand square meters, and promoted the rapid growth of real estate market in Jiangtou Area;

● In September 2002 Mingfa Group started to develop commercial real estate and won the bid for the land in Lianban for improvement project by 785 million Yuan, which became the project development right won by the highest land price in the Xiamen history;

● In July 2003 launched the first Healthy Zone nearby the Sports Park of 15 thousand square meters in Xiamen - Mingfa Jianqun Park;
